So I created those 5 smart lists :
- 0-Late : dueBefore:today
Tasks I have to postpone, for today, or lated, depending on new tasks
- 1-Today : due:today
Tasks planned for today
- 1b-Done : completed:today
Tasks I achieved today. List to watch at the end of the day, for auto-satisfaction !
- 2-Tomorrow : due:tomorrow
Also to look at the end of the day, in order to properly plan the next day
- 3-Week : dueWithin:"1 week of today" and not due:today and not due:tomorrow
What has to be done in the next 7 days (except today and tomorrow), to organise the week, and get a quick overview
I named the smartlists prepended with a number, so those lists are the first ones, and are correctly ordered.
