The link on the button for Add "Google Calendar" won't work if you are using Google Apps. You can instead use the following url (replace your_domain.com with your own hosted domain) http://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/your_domain.com/render?cid=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.rememberthemilk.com%2Fservices%2Fmodules%2Fgooglecalendar%2Fics.rtm
