Sorry, this particular tip is for Entourage (therefore Mac) users. I created an Applescript that can be dropped right into Entourage that will allow you to "attach" files via the task's URL.

I've only tested this with an iDisk, but it will probably work with any WebDAV you can mount from Finder.
