Returning to RTM - wdyt about lead follow up.
I am returning to RTM with the idea of using for only one purpose - following up on leads. Just one long call/email/text list.
My firm is using the crm Streak. I think I set up a zap anytime a new lead is assigned to me.
I foresee creating a follow up sequence that recurs after completed. This simple feature just does not exist in typical crm’s.
I’d like to hear any suggestions on how you might approach this use case. Consider me a new user. How might I set up a template? What smart list would come to mind? What automations might be used?
