I have a system of keywords that I use to take advantage of RTM's powerful SmartList capabilities. Some of the most used keywords that I use are: buy, call, visit, follow up, decide, hospital, and study.

I have established corresponding smartlists (searches).

I have found myself to be much more productive as I do not have to spend so much time tagging and can immediately find those items which are most important to me.
