So I export all the birthdays and stored them in Excel:
First Column: Name
Second Column: birth
Third Column: * each year
The second column has the form: ^DD.MM
Excel will help you with this...
This list is then copied into an email, no formatting, and mailed to the usual import address. (see: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/email/#import)
The subject line is the name of your list (here: Birthday).
