Syncing With S3?

I haven't been able to succesfully sync the RTM app on my S3 to the webapp. The 2 lists don't seem to be communicating, and it's a bit frustrating.

Is this something that you can help me overcome? It's causing me to not want to use the app, despite having paid the $25 for pro a month or two ago.

We'd be happy to help get this syncing for you.

First, if nothing seems to be syncing at all, you may want to confirm that you're logged in to the same account in both the web app and the Android app. Be sure the usernames for both platforms match exactly.

If they match, can you contact us via email so we can try some troubleshooting steps with you?
