Syncing "Sent Items" and "Inbox" in Outlook

Many of my tasks in outlook are actually emails that I have flagged for follow up. They show up on my "to-do" list and task lists in Outlook but do not seem to sync to Remember the Milk using MilkSync. Is there any way to get these to sync?

Sorry, it's not currently possible to sync email items that have been flagged for followup. Although these items appear in your To Do list, Outlook doesn't actually create a Task item for them.
