MilkSync Keeps Crashing

I had MilkSync running for several weeks. I came back from the holidays, turned on my work laptop and it crashed. I reinstalled the latest MilkSync, and the error keeps happening. It won't even load once, it happens on program start.

I'm running Outlook version 14.0.5128.5000 (32-bit) on Windows 7 Professional (64-bit).
