Troubleshooting page?

I need to perform the Outlook reset as mentioned on the Instructions page (Step 3).

Each time I click the 'troubleshooting' link, it takes me to a page to apply to be a pro-tester.

Can someone post the URL for the "https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/milksync/outlook/troubleshooting" without the pro-tester redirect?
