Suggestion for Nearby...

So I simply added a couple of locations with the phone geographically linked to a specific place (Home, Office).

If you are wanting to simply use "Phone" and have that be the location regardless of where the phone is or what type of phone it is (cell phone, etc) you should be able to use the iPhone app & choose your entire city as the location :) This way the task should appear regardless of where you are, depending on your distance preferences.
