Editing Task Name (magnifying glass)

It appears as though you cannot edit a Task Name entry in the iPhone app via the Magnifying Glass. I have to either start at the end and backspace or start over.
Is this a bug?

This issue seems to affect third party apps on the iPhone in some cases -- it can help to tap directly onto the field to make the magnifying glass appear. If the magnifying glass stops appearing, a workaround for now is to exit the app and then re-open the app.

We've been looking into the possibility of a workaround -- it may be something that's improved in a future version of the iPhone OS.
