I receive the message "Please check your account information and try again." I have tried everything: 1) Turning off the computer; 2) turn off my phone; 3) changing my password; 4) making sure the change of password is changed in the settings part of my iphone. I cannot get the two to sync and I keep getting that error message. Please and thank you. (I have sent rtm about 4 messages with no answer......). Ugh.
