Do reminders (SMS, email, etc.) only work with RTM Pro?

Downloaded the free app yesterday, set up my reminder settings, and have made multiple tasks with due dates.

I have not gotten a reminder for any of the tasks (email or SMS). I've tried playing with every possible configuration and adjusted times accordingly, and nothing seems to work.

I get other notifications from Google and other services just fine.

Do the reminders only work with the Pro account?

Push notification reminders in the iPhone app are only available with a Pro account. However, email and SMS reminders are available to all users. Would it be possible to submit a Reminders issue report via our support system so we can get some additional details?

Just select your issue from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, click on "I'd like to report a new issue".

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.
