I use RTM to track my projects, personal and work tasks. Excellent and easy to use interface and accessible from different places.

One feature I would like to see is, adding non RTM contacts. The reasons would be:
1. Cannot ask all my contacts to signup to RTM just because I use. Moreover, everyone would have their own preferred way to manage tasks.
2. Getting vendors and customers on RTM is not a very good way to deal business.
3. I don't want to add a task just to ask and follow up with my contacts whether they have signed up in RTM.

Easy ways for RTM to provide this feature:
1. Import address books from various email services like gmail, yahoo or live and / or ask users to use one service like plaxo to manage all email contacts and RTM can sync with plaxo.
2. Just a simple feature for users to add name and email of a contact in a contact manager.

I don't want to move away from RTM just for this one feature as RTM has much more other features which are easy to use. However, this one feature leave RTM incomplete task manager. Any thoughts????
