Always available 'add task' field

I would like for there to always be a blank line at the top of my list of tasks, just waiting for me to click in it and start typing. Or, possibly, the Add New Task link could be at the bottom and centered.

The point being, if I'm thinking about this list and what I want to do to it, I don't want to move my train of thought off to somewhere else and break my concentration. I have a hard enough time remembering the milk in the first place.
