RSS feeds for individual forum topics

I would like to receive notification of updates to some RTM threads of my choosing. Currently there is no email notification option nor rss feeds.

Could you, RTM staff, develop something?
I know that we can go to http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/my/ , but I would like to collect all my alerts in one place. Besides, we would still need to go to http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/my/ , and we may just be wasting our time.
