New search operator: numTags (to search for tasks with a specific number of tags)

Context for request: I use tags for tasks to mark the project ( shopping ) as well as its gtd type ( na, wait, etc). I will have several projects such as "shopping".
If the number of tags in a task can be exposed, then a query like numTags<=1 will open up a lot of possibilities.
