Any chance MilkSync will appear for the Palm/Treo?
It would be even better if it could have the ability to work with other apps like Natara Bonsai.
I really *REALLY* need a GOOD portable GTD task list that can also sync to an online Web 2.0 app... and would be willing to pay for it!
Thanks!

Me too!
Come on, RTM, make it.

Don't forget hotsyncing!
It would be nice for those without smartphones who have plain-jane PDAs to be able to hotsync our RTM tasks.
I would love to be able to get my RTM on my Palm Tungsten E.

I am also waiting for a solution to synchronise my Palm and remember the milk. I would subscribe to Pro version to have this feature !

says:On a Mac, getting RTM tasks on to a Palm can be done via iCal and iSync, although they lose (or do not show) many of the attributes that let you manipulate them. What they do not do is sync, and that's what we'd love to see for our non-wireless Palms - syncing from the Palm to the PC/Mac and from there to the site.

says:I definitely want this as well. I use Palm Zire basic and being able to syn RTM wit it's todo feature would be extremely helpful.
Posted at 6:57pm on November 28, 2007
I also would like to see milksync working with palm devices either via hotsync or ota. This feature would entice me to upgrade to a pro account and start using rmilk full time.

I too would be willing to pay for a Palm version that would sync with my online lists.
Posted at 12:30pm on December 6, 2007
says:This would be the difference between me going pro and not going pro; unless my palm can talk to RTM, rtm is nothing more than a novelty I occasionally update manually. I love everything about it except that there's no way to integrate it practically into my life. Having to go out of my way for a time management solution is counterproductive and defeats the purpose altogether. :(

Count me in too for a RTM user who would be willing to pay for MilkSync to hotsync to a Palm (Tungsten E2), preferably on Mac OS X.
Posted at 7:19pm on December 21, 2007
says:RTM on a palm would be nice, but I think it would be a lot of work. They would have to design practically a whole new system.
If you guys do develop palm support, please make sure it works with older models such as the Palm V as well.
In the mean-time, I think sorting options are more important..

says:I suffered with these kinds of issues (synchronization) for years, with various Palm devices culminating in a Treo 650. I switched to iPhone a few months ago, and have never been happier. Everything is in the cloud--no syncing required--and RTM on the iPhone is fantastic. If you can, that's the route to go, IMHO.
Posted at 10:16pm on December 23, 2007
I would certainly go pro if RTM for Palm was available, preferably in an OTA and HotSync versions. It would be great to be able to use Tasks on my Treo and have it sync with something online vs. just my Mac.
Posted at 4:36am on December 25, 2007
I am a long time Palm user and would also pay for Pro if it had MilkSync for Palm/Treo.
Posted at 4:42pm on December 26, 2007
says:I am considering getting a Palm and when I do, I'll definitely want this.
Posted at 6:50pm on December 29, 2007
Also count me as ready to pay for Treo :)
Posted at 1:36am on December 31, 2007
I'd sign up for rtm pro in a heartbeat if it meant I could sync with my Palm OS devices. Hotsync would be preferable for the old devices, but I'm game for anything. Even if we could only sync with the inbox or something.

Palm TX here and I'd be all over buying it. Often I can get a WiFi spot and use it there, but not always.
Posted at 7:46pm on January 19, 2008
Count me in as well, Palm T|X here, and ready to upgrade to RTMpro if I were able to sync.
Posted at 10:12am on January 27, 2008
I've a Palm T|X and Office 2007 and can currently import RTM to Outlook and sync from there to my Palm, but the format is view only, so not a great deal of use. I've loved RTM so far, but now I've got this Palm, I'm thinking I'm going to have to go back to Outlook tasks, which are not shareable unless on Exchange which I'm not. That would be a backwards step afaic, so please, please can we have RTM for the Palm?! thank you :)

This is a definite vote!

me too
Posted at 4:09pm on February 10, 2008
please make milksync available for the treo asap!
Posted at 10:53pm on February 13, 2008
Yes....MilkSync for Treo...I want it.
Posted at 2:02am on February 15, 2008
I, too, am a Treo user who would like this.
Posted at 2:47am on February 18, 2008
This one feature - MilkSync for Palm - would get me to upgrade Pro.
Posted at 9:55pm on February 23, 2008
I have a Palm TX and would definitely upgrade to Pro if there was an app for the Palm to sync to.
Posted at 4:20pm on February 26, 2008
says:honestly it's has bugged me how RTM has no Palm sync. If they did, i think they would get a /huge/ number of Palm users become pro users.
Posted at 10:49pm on March 10, 2008
I would upgrade to pro without hesitation if milksync worked with palm... (I'm guessing my wife would as well).
Posted at 12:32pm on March 11, 2008
I can't say how important this would be for personal organization. The reason we all get PDA's is to have something portable that we will actually use. The web interface is great but syncing with palm or at least outlook would be great and i would pay for it.
Posted at 7:36pm on March 11, 2008
+1 on going pro for a palm sync.
I would love to see it sync through the Palm Desktop rather than through the phone, though.
Posted at 5:02pm on March 14, 2008
This is the only thing that keeps me using Yahoo Calendar - they sync your Yahoo calendar with the Palm Desktop.

says:I've used a Palm since they first came out in 1996. Currently have a Palm TX and would LOVE a MilkSync solution for the Palm OS.
I explicitly upgraded to RTM Pro in hopes the extra dough would help with the development.
For others holding back going Pro until MilkSync works with Palm OS... that seems backwards to me. Upgrade now and give the RTM team incentive to get it done. IMHO.
RTM rocks!

says:Thanks for the 'forward' thinking suggestion John. I recently kicked in for Pro and sent a note requesting the Palm MilkSync to the folks at RTM.
I hope more people take your lead as well.

says:Me thinks Palm Milk-Sync Bad. Milk-Sync waste of time. RTM.prc stand alone be much better, me thinks.
Posted at 5:26am on April 9, 2008
Standalone app or sync, count me in.
Posted at 1:04am on April 14, 2008
Its not ideal, but you can at least store a "read-only" version of your tasks to your palm using Plucker (http://www.plkr.org) by pointing it to the appropriate URLs.
That way at least you'll have your tasks with you on the go, you just won't be able to update them on your palm, but lets face it, the palm has always been a bit of a pain to write data to.
Posted at 11:04pm on April 24, 2008
says:"you just won't be able to update them on your palm"
This is the main reason I have my Palm, and no I don't find it hard to write data to.
I use my Palm more for inputting data then synicing it to my computer that the other way around.
but a Sync of RTM would help in both directions.
Posted at 8:22pm on April 25, 2008
For my Treo, I currently use:
To add tasks I either:
- Jott (www.jott.com) to RTM! very cool and can be used from any phone but requires air time and ability to make a call
- or email to RTM via the 'Inbox Email Address' which is good if it is not convenient to make a call.
And I check my tasks via
http://m.rememberthemilk.com/ from the browser.
which requires a data connection and loading in the browse so it is slower but works pretty well.
A standalone app that stays in via wireless would be ideal, but for now this is working pretty well.

i will never switch from my treo 700p and use rtm via twitter..really need it for the device! u did it for blackberry come on for treo!!!
Posted at 10:27pm on May 2, 2008
I'd love a way to sync RTM with the task list on my Treo 700p! I'm going to try the mobile version, but that requires a data connection -- and I sometimes go places where I can't get one; besides it is slower. If you can do this for iPhone, Windows Mobile and Blackberry, you can do it for Palm OS devices!

Here's another vote for hot-synch with the Palm OS!
Posted at 11:54am on May 19, 2008
says:And yet another vote for RTM sync with Palm (and yes, also willing to upgrade to Pro for it). Thanks!!

says:(think john.soper's idea is good, just upgraded to pro!!!)

I eagerly hope for a Palm MilkSync too, but I have found a collection of other services that is almost as good. Sort of.
