Connect task to contacts in phonebook and in calls

I was browsing Android Market for productivity tools, when one app made me think of the RTM Ideas section.
"bytNotes" (https://market.android.com/search?q=bytnotes) pops up a notes menu when a contact calls. I'd like to have RTM pop up a tasks view that are related to the contact I am talking to on the phone. This will let me remember tasks I am going to follow up with this person.
A possible inspiration it the "thrutu" app (https://market.android.com/search?q=thrutu) that has a simple and non-intrusive in-call interface, with add-on options. Maybe simply present a RTM integration in the same manner?
Also option to look up contact directly from RTM app, to make calls, SMS or email. Will allow us to remain on-list and on-context trough the working day and beyond.
