Take account of travel times for reminders

mrmabs Pro says:

For example, lets say I am about an hour away from my next appointment, the RTM app could recognise this and bring my reminder forward an hour.

Travel times could be set in the locations screen or taken from a basic distance / kmph calculation via the GPS.
