Paginate the completed tasks view

I'm suggesting RTM have the ability to show completed tasks on different pages or chunks, e.g. "0-100", "101-200", etc...
For those of us who have lots of completed tasks (in the thousands), having them on one page could slow things down, and having a paging mechanism may improve the navigation experience.
