Automatically extract tags based on the task name

fireweed says:

Provide a facility to automatically extract tags from the text of a task, and attach these to the task.

Eg. auto extract of proper nouns when applied to 'Mary had a little lamb' would generate a tag 'Mary'.

Of course the facility does not have to be limited to proper nouns !
