Customize the order of lists and Smart Lists

The problem is that the smart lists are all the way at the bottom on my android. Is there a way to sort it so that they show up on top?

Currently lists are sorted above Smart Lists (in all interfaces—the website and mobile apps, etc.); sorry for the inconvenience.
