Option to disable wrapping when navigating a list with the keyboard shortcuts (when you reach the bottom, don't jump back to the top again)

When I press J or K on my keyboard, the cursor moves up & down the task list. It would be really nice if it stopped at the top or bottom. I'm used to being able to hold down K to go to the top, and it's disconcerting when it wraps around to the end.

I know this is a preference, and would have to be optional. But it sure would be nice.
