Non-ascii character sets in public calendars

I use Japanese characters in my ToDo lists. There is no problem with this in the Remember the Milk domain--the characters display just fine in my lists. However, when I view the items from my Google Calendar via a public calendar, the Japanese characters are replaced with question marks: ???

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Or is this a problem for the techies behind the scenes?

Thanks for the report -- we'll have to look into this further. We know that Japanese characters work fine with the iCalendar feed when viewed in Apple iCal, so it's possible this is a problem on the Google Calendar end. We can check into this though.
