I'm using it in Firefox without any problems.

Do you get shown any error messages in the orange box that appears at the top?

Also, which version of Firefox are you using?

I'm having trouble with notes on Firefox 1.0.7 on XP.

The first time I tried to save a note my CPU shot to 100% and my browser became non-functional. I had to end the process.

Then, when I went back in, the same thing happened if I tried to look at the note.

Help!

I also am having the same problem with Firefox 1.0.7 on XP, having problems with my notes being retained.

I cannot view notes. 100% CPU usage.
Firefox 1.5 beta 2, Windows Server 2003 SP1

btw... same result with IE 6.0.3790.1830 SP1

I can view notes if they were added via the website.

However, if I try to view a note that was added via email, it will hang with 100% CPU usage and the browswer becomes non-functional.

Firefox 1.07

I am also having these FF bugs (Firefox 1.0.7 on XP also). I cannot add notes...entire page refreshes. Perhaps it's the tabbrowser extension?

To confirm, tested on 'fox 1.5 and 1.0.5 on xp sp2 etc, identical problems as jim and erraggy.

Firefox will shoot up in mem & cpu usage, and effectively freeze. Works find on IE 6.0.2800.....

Any firefox users Not experiencing problems? Let us know your system & 'fox version.

It just says "loading" for me in the orange box and reloads the main page.

I'm using Firefox 1.0.7 on Windows XP SP2.

Extensions that I'm using in Firefox:

Tabbrowser Extensions
DownloadThemAll
Web Developer
Mozilla Calendar
Google Toolbar for Firefox
Evernote WebClipper.

Could be Tabbrowser. I'll check it out today.

Aha!

The culprit is Tabbrowser Extensions.
Turn it off and it works fine!

Right you are!!!

Would like to see this bug UNdone, though. Tabbrowser extensions is quite useful.

We did fix a bug with the notes feature that could've been causing these problems.

Perhaps you could try enabling Tabbrowser Extensions again, and seeing if the issue still exists?

Just confirmed there does seem to be a problem with Tabbrowser - we'll look into it.

We've contacted the developer of Tabbrowser, but we haven't heard back yet. Unfortunately there's not much else we can do in the meantime.
