Can't login on IPhone

Would you happen to have a jailbroken iPhone? Unfortunately what you're describing sounds like an issue caused by some software (our app uses the standard connection methods provided by the iPhone, so we don't have any control over any connection problems that may occur when a phone is jailbroken).
If your iPhone isn't jailbroken, have you tried on a WiFi connection?
