Sync problem on RTM

Yesterday (before I saw it on the Google page) I tried a reset on the iphon, no help, I got the unprocessed inbox back!
A total reinstall did the same thing.

I found the problem: Gears. Disabled Gears & it is all working. Not sure what that means, perhaps that my gears worked for Google, but not RTM, or that I had a setting wrong?
