Hmm, we're not aware of any issues on our end with this feature, but there have been a few reports this week with iCalendar subscription issues in Google Calendar -- it's possible that there's a temporary problem on their end. If it's still not fixed, it may be worth reporting to Google that you're having an issue with your account and iCalendar subscriptions. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
