Duplicated task on each sync

1) What's the manufacturer and model number of your device?
2) Are you syncing with Outlook or using any other synchronization software apart from MilkSync?
3) Would it be possible to let me know which steps you're taking to sync? (For example, did you have tasks on your device to begin with? At which stage did the duplication start to happen?)
4) Are you syncing two-way or one-way?
5) Are you receiving any errors or is the sync being interrupted in any way?
