Remind me On the day the task is due

I found this function is very useful because it tells you what you need to do on that day but there is a problem about it:
I don't want it remind me at 00:00 midnight and wake me up from my dream!
I can not find anywhere to put a time such as 8:00 AM or something like that, could you please add this function?

Another thing I think need to be improved is: set a remind option for each task. We know the remind option is a sort of global parameter for all tasks in current version. But some tasks I want to remind differently from the global settings.
Can you guys think about that?
