Recurring task reminders

lightstorm says:
I'm so used to working with recurring tasks in outlook, that if you don't check off the task for today (let's say you have a daily repeating task), Outlook WON'T remind you for the next one. Is RTM the same way? Or will it still remind everyday whether you've checked off the task or not?

Thanks!

Marc, I'm not sure exactly how Outlook works, but there are two types of repeating tasks in RTM.

"every" repeating tasks will generate a new task regardless of whether the previous task in the series was completed. So an "every day" task will create a task on every single day.

"after" repeating tasks will only generate a new task when the previous one has been completed. So an "after a week" task will only create the next task once that one has been completed.

Hope this helps!
