forum bug: unread posting count resets

This one is minor, but If I click to view the "help" forum, the "new postings" count goes to zero on the "ideas" and "bugs" forum as well.

I wind up using tabs in Firefox to open the sub-fora so the counts are intact as I move down through all three. It's annoying.
