We'd love to have support for Australian networks (we're Australian too :) but it's not possible to provide a free service at this stage.

As an alternative, there are companies that provide paid email-to-SMS services (a quick search turned up one called Net2Mobile - I'm not recommending it in any way, merely saying it exists). If you signed up with such a company, this would work fine if you selected 'Other' when configuring mobile reminders, and then put in the email address that they give you.

cre8d, do you know if your mobile provider supports email-to-SMS? If you can let us know the email to send our reminders to (e.g. for Cingular in the US, it's yourphonenumber@cingularme.com), then we can add it to our supported networks.
