RTM vs. Firefox's "Locked Tab" feature

When I enable the "lock tab" feature using Firefox 1.07 and RTM (which forces links I click to spawn in new tabs), RTM grinds to a halt and spawns new windows.

This may not be a bug with RTM, per se, but you might add this to your FAQs so other Firefox fans are not as baffled as I am about this issue.
