If you are having trouble getting the details of your task to show up in the correct fields, rather than in your Notes, be sure the seperator between the last task field and the task notes is exactly three dashes, without any spaces. This fixed the problem I was having.

Wrong: - - -
Right: ---

On my email system the dashes look like a solid line, which didn't look right according to the examples, so I added the spaces.
