How to stop MilkSync for Outlook deleting tasks?

neil.padgen Pro says:

I like to keep my old completed tasks in RTM for review (particularly using the "Boss Tag" - see an old Tips & Tricks Tuesday post). I use MilkSync for Outlook.

Recently MilkSync has started asking me "Synchronisation will delete N tasks. Continue?"

How can I stop synchronisation from deleting tasks?

(This might have been caused by Outlook doing an AutoArchive)
