Adding a repeated task in Add a New Task line

I want to set a reminder for an anniversary to repeat each year, but can't figure out the syntax to add it all at once. Do I have to find the new task and then manually change the repeat interval or is there a simple way to add something like:

"Remember your anniversary Repeat Every March 1 #Personal !1"

Sure, the shortcut for repeat is *, so you can do:

Remember your anniversary on March 1 *yearly #Personal !1
