Postpone to next workday

i use the postpone shortcut "p" a lot, but i only use RTM for work. so it would be great if i could change the behaviour of "p" so that it always postpones to the next workday. alternativerly another shortcut for doing this would do the trick as well.

i guess what i want is not possible at the moment?
