smart lists

hey, i have a smart list that searches for any to-do within 2 weeks of today. its works really well, but sometimes i would login to RTM after the day is over. the to-do gets removed from the smart list (which is my default list) and i sometimes forget about these to-do's. does anyone know if i can still keep overdue items on my list as well as 2 weeks from today? thanks alot.
