Due Dates & Time Estimates
How do the Due Dates and Time Estimates work together? For example, if I have a task that needs to be completed by the 6th Sept and I estimate that it will take 2 days to complete, if I set the due date as the 6th and the time estimate as 2 days, will RTM deduce that my attention needs to be drawn to it by the 4th or do I need to set a false due date for the 4th?

The time estimates are basically just a way for you to see how much time you've estimated for a list of tasks, although we may do more with estimates in the future. The estimate doesn't affect when you're reminded (as if a task will take 2 days, there's no way for us to know when you plan to work on the task, or if you're free for the 2 days before the task is due). We're definitely open to ideas on how people would like to use estimates though -- it's a good question :)
