Mobile RTM Login Issue

When I try to login to the mobile RTM
I get
Username and password did not match.

I use the same login on the website and it works.

I have checked my info and for typos 3-4 times over the past 3 days and I get the same msg from RTM.

Please Advise. I am in the US and use Verizon.

I am a new user to RTM and I have never been able to login. Looking forward to using it.

I can log in to other services such as gmail.
