"Anytime" not a valid date/time when entering task

While "TPS Report Tomorrow" adds "TPS Report" as a task for tomorrow, "TPS Report Anytime" does not add "TPS Report" to the anytime list.

I would really appreciate an easy way to add tasks to the Anytime list.
