RTM gmail for mac?

I'm thinking about getting a macbook, but believe it or not, one of my arguments against getting one is RTM compatibility. So....can I use the integrated gmail or google calendar RTM in firefox on a Mac? If not, any plans on the horizon?

Yes! I set it up last night and it worked just as easily as on a Windows PC. Don't forget the RTM Dashboard widget which is very useful. Also, download the Gmail Notifier and you can see tasks as they become due in your calendar in a drop down from the menu bar.
