RTM for Gmail conflicts with Better Gmail new release

I upgraded to the latest version of the Firefox add-on Better Gmail and found that afterwards it disabled RTM for Gmail. I realized this and uninstalled Better Gmail and RTM started working again.

Better Gmail is a popular add-on. If possible maybe you can modify the RTM add-on to work with Better Gmail.
