GMAIL Not Installing

I've got the latest version of gmail and firefox. Milk is logged in through calendar but not showing up in Gmail. This is my first time installing the extension, it has not loaded in Gmail at all. I'm not getting any error messages. My OS is Vista.

My only add-ons are Google Gears, Google Photos Screensaver and Talkback.
