Email Linking Not Working

When I click on the email icon in a task, I expect it to take me to the email. Instead it does nothing. My fault or RTM's?

If you created a task from an email using the Browser Add-on, then clicking on the email icon should open a reply to the email associated with that task. If you haven't already, you can watch this feature in action in the video on this page.

If the icon doesn't appear to be working as shown in the video, would you be able to contact us so we can take a closer look?
