can't log in

I am using the trial version on the HTC Hero. I started last Friday, and everything seemed to work fine until Saturday evening. When I opened RTM, it displayed no tasks. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the same problem happened again: no tasks. Then the next day, the tasks showed up. The next day they disappeared again. I uninstalled again and reinstalled. Now, I cant even get the program to open up. The message I get when I try to login is:Login failed. Please check your account information and try again.

I really want this program to help. Any tips would be appreciated. I've posted my problem twice with support, but havent heard from anyone yet. Thanks.

As for this problem, have you tried soft resetting your device by removing the battery? If that doesn't help, you may want to try changing your password temporarily.

And once you're able to log in, I'd be curious to know what happens when you go to Menu | Refresh.
