I have the same issue (HTC One X)
I have a 4x2 widget looking at "Today" and this works fine all the time
I have a 2x2 widget looking at a smart list and this periodically goes blank.
Delete and Recreate is the only fix I have found.
Would be nice if I could edit a widget after creating it .......

Same problem here. With Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet, my RTM widget remembers the data when installed. But shortly later, it goes blank and is unresponsive. Have to remove the widget and redo it. But same happens again after a short while.

I see the same problem with blank widgets (smartlist) on android 4.0 (transformer) and android 4.1 (nexus 7).

Same problem. Nexus 7 with JB, Widget(resized to 2x4) goes blank and I have to unload and reload the widget. I have sent you a support mail.

I have this with Jelly Bean on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Smart list goes blank. This will drive me off RTM if not fixed, which is a sadness.

The newest version of the Android app (version 2.0.11) included a fix which tried to address this. You can read the release notes here.

If you're using the newest version and you're still seeing the problem, we'd love to get some more details from you. Can you contact us by email?

Yesterday my Asus Transformer Infinity upgraded from ICS to Jelly Bean. Since yesterday my smart list widget goes blank repeatedly. Is there any fix to this? If not, I would gladly provide you with any information.

Problem with widgets on 4.2/Nexus 7 was fixed and has just started to happen again. I will send you a mail. Widget goes blank within an hour or two.

Also need to be able to adjust the font size!
